Shipping Policy


Once the Global Lockdown has been lifted the following Shipping Policy will take effect. Until such time we are unable to ship Your Coffee to you.

All orders are subject to 2-3 days processing time.

Orders Shipping within the United States

Orders shipping within the United States are shipped by either UPS, USPS or FedEx and expected delivery time is 3-5 days.

Orders Shipping within Canada, Alaska or Hawaii 

Orders are shipped by either UPS or USPS and expected delivery time is 3-7 days.

Orders Shipping within South-Africa

Orders shipping within South-Africa are shipped by either SAPO or Nominated Courier and expected delivery time is 3-5 days.

Orders Shipping Internationally

Orders shipping outside of the United States are shipped by either UPS, USPS or FedEx and expected delivery time is 7-21 days.

Shipping Information

When opting for tracking shipment, you will be provided with a tracking number via your nominated email address.

Regrettably, we cannot refund any perishables purchased.

If you are really left in utter disgust and dismay please first, Stop! It’s OK, it’s happened to us as well at some stage. You have our full support in this matter.

You have 7 days to send it back to us, however you will have to pay for the shipping.

Items must be in original condition; workable; usable and not broken / damaged.

Refunds are only issued once prior approval is obtained.

Refunds are for the purchase price of the item(s) only.

  6. Allow up to 10 days for payment to reflect.
