Rouge Décor takes the utmost care when packing orders for delivery via courier. We do however not take any responsibility for damages to stock during courier transit and will not refund clients for stock damaged by the courier. Should a client wish to pay an additional fee for courier insurance, this can be arranged. Our clients can also make their own arrangements for courier collection.
Clients who wish to collect their orders from Rouge Décor in Centurion, Pretoria, are welcome to do so by making the relevant arrangements with us. Once an order is ready for collection, the details will be communicated with the client.

Rouge Décor has a no returns policy on furniture, décor accessories, shoes, handbags, bags and / or other leather and / or fashion accessories ordered either online or directly.
